【About Shipping】

Q1: How long does it take for the items to arrive?
A1: All products are sourced from overseas.
They are inspected and packaged by our local partners, so it takes about 10 days from payment to delivery.
(※ Depending on the product and shipping situation, it may take up to 14 days.)

(※ If you need the product urgently, please ensure you have checked and agreed to the estimated delivery time before making your purchase.)

Q2: Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A2: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific delivery dates or times.
This is because the items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to your address.

Q3: Which shipping company is used?
A3: We use the most suitable shipping company based on the situation at the time.

Q4: Are orders and shipments processed daily?
A4: We accept orders at any time.
However, sourcing and shipping operations are conducted only on business days (Monday–Friday, 12:00–19:00).
We do not process orders or shipments on weekends, holidays, during Golden Week, Obon, or the New Year.

Q5: Is gift wrapping available?
A5: We do not offer gift wrapping.
Additionally, to provide products at affordable prices, we use simple packaging. Shoes may arrive without a box. Product labels and instructions are often in a foreign language.


【About Cancellations & Returns】

Q1: Can I cancel my order?
A1: We regret that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
Please ensure that you have carefully checked the color, size, and quantity before placing your order.

Q2: Can I return an item?
A2: If the item delivered is defective or significantly different from your order, we will accept returns and provide a refund or exchange if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Q3: When are returns not accepted?
A3: We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Returns due to customer preferences (e.g., color, size, or if the item does not meet your expectations)
  • Items that have been in your possession for more than 6 days
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned
  • Items that have been stained, damaged, or have odors from your environment

Q4: What should I do if I want to request a return?
A4: If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please attach photos of the defective part and contact us at the email address below.
Please include "Regarding Refund" in the subject line.
In the body of the email, please include your name, order date, and the name of the purchased product.
